As much as I think Abe is a great drummer, he is way overdoing it on this song. I hate the extra kick drum that gives the song a kind of a swing feel. Ringo plays it very rigidly and it should be played that way now. You cant do anything to improve Beatles songs so I hate when a new player attempts to. Otherwise, I love Paulie. Keep Rockin!

It depends on why you play Rock Band. If you play only to be able to FC songs and just care about shredding, it might not be your thing. But if RB is another way for you to enjoy music, like it is for me, then this will be great.

Well, it depends on the song and the instrument,. If you really listen, Paul's basslines are actually quite difficult, so much so taht he himself even had trouble with them sometimes. the guuitar portions aren't all walks in the pacrk, either, and considering ORck bad, they may combine portions of lead and rhythm guitar.

As for me, I'm at a loss for drums.

Actually, a lot of Beatles fans, like myself, are really excited and curious to see what the game's going to be like. So if anything, it was more like a gift of a sneak peek rather than a whorish plug. I for one was really psyched to see it.

Anyone who didn't know about the game would just think it was some kind of CGI montage, like he had going with the other songs he played. for starters, of course rock band 2 was better than guitar hero 2. GH2 had NO DRUMS OR VOCALS...

The ONLY thing that RB2 has over GH: World Tour is the song selection, and that is all. Guitar Hero World Tour is far better of a game when it comes to gameplay, and I dare anyone to challenge me on that.

So ya, almost 500 more songs is quite nice.

Also, drumming on GH:WT felt so constricted for some reason i can't explain. Maybe its just because i found it impossible to correctly calibrate.

I honestly don't know how many songs GH:WT has, but if you take only what came out for RB2 and later, it shouldn't be TOO much more than what GH:WT has. Keep in mind, they made it so that RB2 would import all of the songs and DLC from RB1.

As far as the drumming in GH:WT, I personally enjoy it a hell of a lot more than RB2. I really play drums, and the GH:WT drumming just feels more real to me, especially with the double bass-drumming. The pedals are a lot more responsive than in RB2.

And see, my GH:WT pedal is TOO responsive. I tried playing this Calling on RB 2 (7.4 NPS bass) and it thought i was trying to play Dyer's Eve, it was double hitting every single note. and I know for a fact, as much as i would like to say it, I can't do 15 NPS bass with one foot.

And aye, I'm a real drummer too, for 12 years. And personally, I find having just 2 cymbals and 3 drums extremely limited, as opposed to 4 of each (seeing as RB drums are interchangeable within songs).

GHWT drumming is fun but the pedals are far from real. Too breakable, too flimsy. Not even close. And now your claiming GH:WT had "double bass" when there is no charted DB except for GH:M. I still give kudos to GHM for the DB tho. Since i do play real drums, it would be nice to learn DB while on GHM also.

Guitar Hero's note timing is too forgiving. The song creation mode is stupid; you make glorified ringtones so what? The characters look like they have Elephant-man syndrome. And Guitar Hero present their band-specific games as the bands are still active. The Beatles aren't active and they deserve better.
