It would be illogical for someone to try and implement Shariah in a majority nonmuslim land. It would only be logical to put Shariah into play in a majority Muslim land, as that's the only place where it would be followed.
The above verse refers to a tax on nonmuslims that is supposed to be done in a nation that recognizes Shariah, which by default has to be a majority muslim nation. It says nothing of taking over the host country's judicial system.

It would be illogical for someone to try and implement Shariah in a majority nonmuslim land. It would only be logical to put Shariah into play in a majority Muslim land, as that's the only place where it would be followed.
The above verse refers to a tax on nonmuslims that is supposed to be done in a nation that recognizes Shariah, which by default has to be a majority muslim nation. It says nothing of taking over the host country's judicial system.
Please explain your logic to me
