Not only cartoons, but there was a show called Gimme Gimme Gimme and that was rather funny, Out Of Joint, Angry Kid, Duckman, Rocko's Modern Life (not as funny but kinda gross) and if want 80's wacky-toilet British humour go for The Young Ones :D

Out of all the annoying people, maria, alison, the perfects, p.p., random people like that exterminator... his ex-wife annoys me most. i know people who are into the whole earth/spirit thing and they aren't annoying.. cause they have half a brain! i sooooo want to punch that woman.
Tee hee, I used to have pet rats. =^.^= They (rarely) bit, and were quit clean, cute and nice. XD But they were like, from breeders and pet stores. XD Yeah, watching this show almost gives me a headache.
