1-st for theese 2,3 sec anyone can kill u cos u have low armor and NO resil so it will be better if u switch to scorch and PvP gear. U sux this is it :)

dont use haste potions during hero, use wild magic. two haste buffs; (potion and hero) can be casted arbitrarily and still give the same dps benefit. however, combining cooldowns such as wild magic pot and a haste trinket or bloodlust, you can do more than just casting them arbitrarily.

@xxalbinovampirexx if your stuck on clicking, for the best results I suggest you play a healer and use healbot for raiding. If your not raiding or PvPing clicking wont matter.

@MilleniuMProductionZ you don't start off with pyro either. i have no idea why you did that. the time it takes you to cast that, you could've casted scorch, living bomb, and popped your combustion and mirror image macro, and maybe even threw in a fireball. much better than 1 pyro.

@MilleniuMProductionZ i never use mana shield. you shouldn't be having to pop bubbles to stay alive, especially at the cost of your mana. it's your healer's job to keep your health up, not your spell's job.

In most raids you wont have to worry about scorch, some warlock specs (i honestly cant remember what one for the life of me) and boomkins (im pretty sure?) have the same crit % effect. use fireblast when you have to move out of fire, phase trans or w.e.

@dedaio crit will almost always be more valuable then haste unless you have around the 100% cap post raid buffs/debuffs.

i would like to kno wat gems u would use on ur gear? becuz i use when i have a red gem use 23sp. yellow i use a orange of like 12sp n 10 haste. and for my blue i use 12sp n 10 spirit.

@blinggold I use the same gems, except for yellow. For fire, generally speaking critical strike is more dps then haste, so I gem SP + Crit, but I'm approaching the crit cap and its become less desirable so I may switch back to SP + Haste since there is no reachable Haste cap.

@Cashcow55 If you are at max range you will have a +1 second travel time on Fireball giving you the option to refresh Living Bomb instead of forcing you to Hot Streak first without worry about muching the first hot streak proc.

Is it true that spamming scorch can out-dps spamming fireball? You allude to keeping the scorch buff up but didn't see it in the video.

Do you use scorch at all, and is so, when?

I've rolled frost from 1-80,; and now I dual spec'd and need to change for raids. Just doing some research on what I need to do to suck less.

@forktie No, scorch is not a high dps spell. Scorch is only useful for applying the 5% critical strike increase debuff, and normally there is a demo warlock that keeps up the debuff so I never cast it in a raid. Its still worth the talent points because of the static increase in crit from the talent.

arcane was good. now it is overrated and used by every bad mage that just got rolled this year. btw you need the bare 446 hit rating to have a 100% chance to hit on an 83 boss.

@Eggeman32 You don't need 446 hit rating. For Fire/TTW to reach the hit cap... Without any aid, they will need 446 hit. With Heroic Presence, they will need 420 hit. With Imp FF/Misery, they will need 368 hit. With both Imp FF/Misery and HP, they will need 341 hit.

@SoraOfTheRisen Depending on RNG I can easily match if not pull ahead of Arcane and on an overall sense its easier to play as fire while keeping good dps numbers, unlike arcane where your rotation and dps can go to crap if you get bad RNG on MBarr procs.

@SoraOfTheRisen It's safe when you have enough hit and I would have at least 500 crit rating before Molten Armor, the higher your crit the more fire can out dps arcane.

Don't forget about your spell power as well, that should be around 3100, and replace your +12 spell power +10 haste, with +12 spell power +10 crit if you're going to be dedicated to pure fire. You can go copy my spec and gear, search Nexuz on Arathor.

@tomblits k so i looked u up on armory, and i gotta a question concerning gear. Y do u use black magic enchant on ur wep and y do u match sockets instead of using 23+ SP red gems and 2 12sp + 10 spirit Purples for meta?

@Xenonic101 relatively when you compare all your relative stat values and the socket bonus its more dps to socket for the socket bonus if its spell power. I use Black Magic because I can stack it with other beneficial buffs to increase its value a lot more effectively then the static spell power enchant and it results in higher dps. You should look into a program called rawr, it assists you in matters involving gearing.
