For a private pool, I'd get a custom fixture (something stable) with a glass dome, install it in a drained pool then fill it in. Probably have the air pump bubbles into the dome from underneath on a timer. Add seating if you wish. The only problem is the cash.

@MrSlaytanix We have a patented private pool version. It does utilize a bubbler from below. No need for a glass dome (expensive, heavy, fragile, hard to transport/store), it uses a "netless" clear vinyl dome that is cheap and does not suffer from any of the downfalls I mentioned about glass. You would probably be surprised at the cost. Not quite as expensive as you'd think. Having a swimming pool is the expensive part!

Just FYI, you get about 2 hours of safe air per cubic meter when breathing normally. They are breathing twice as fast and have 4 people. That gives them about 15 minutes before they are dead from co2 poisoning.

@bluedyeno4 the oxygen (and all other gasses) is replaced via diffusion with the "bubble air". But if more people are using it frequently the rate of replacement would not suite a human oxygen needs. so pumped air is required
