Only I-no can do it and it is sort of a "Boss Only Move" so only the computer player can do it when i-no has her special "powers" (i.e usually at the end of arcade or story when you fight her).

She has different variants, most that are easy to dodge but one that you need to time a jump right.

Anyway, get hit by it and it more than likley means your screwed for the rest of the fight.
