Did anyone catch the cooking temp? I know Jacques Pepin does his @ 450F and a recipe I noticed on a site does it at 250F. I've tried both ways & it's too bitter for me to eat. I also don't like cooked or raw spinach. Does anyone know a sweet green? Once I had sauted cabbage strips & it was sweet but when I tried to make it & was awful. I would like to add more leafy greens but I really can't stand eating most of them. Any advice to sweeter greens, without adding sweeteners, please do reply.
