i am so confused after you wrap the yarn around the needle. i think i have watched this 20 times, and still can't grasp what you do. where does the needle go? do you pick up the loop from the back? ahhhhhh.
@isshehiporwhat did you ever figure this out? you put the needle in from left to right (from the point to the back. wrap the string around the front of the working needle. when you have to "go through the window" you place the working needle through the loop from the under side. like... from the bottom of the needle you are working off of to toward the point, then slide off.
Thank you! My lefty youngster was very frustrated because I couldn't show her how to knit left-handed. Now, I am learning to knit this way (even though I'm a righty)--that way I will be able to help her out.
