@irockj00ssockz That is true. However, you have to understand it from a fitness point of view. Gymnast are pound for pound the best all round athlete. A gymnast weighs less than a football player but in a weight room they can do the same weights on all the power lifting (cleans , bench press, overhead press, deadlift, and squat) movements if not more. Plus they have the 2nd strongest grip with regards to athletes beaten only by strongmen.
