  • Can you make a video, it's interessant

  • @contorsialex i will try. probably after christmas though

  • How long can you put your feet behind your head?

  • @contorsialex for as long as i want. its natural and easy

  • I hope you are in some kind of martial arts so this flexibility can be to your advantage and not just for show.

  • @tellshiar sadly no im not. i used to want to be but not as much anymore

  • bandoncontortion, that move you made where you lifted yourself up when you had your legs behind your back looked like a move to increase arm strength, as if you want to someday be able to, when you do a backbend, flip out of it, or be able to do walkovers and cartwheels, something I'd like to be able to do, but don't have the strength or the courage to try them. I nearly did flips years ago, and I'd like to be able to do one soon, but even if I get the strength to do one, I'd lack the courage.

  • I am not gonna play hide and seek with you. I am sure you can hide in the smallest places.

  • @herecomesthebreef i can hide in alot of small boxes in drawlers

  • dang i was hoping you wouldnt notice lol

  • @jordog13 nice try haha

  • i know what school you go to

  • @jordog13 i kno what school u do too cause u go to my school!

  • i have an old computer so i have to go to youtube to see your new vid. i still don't know how you can do this but i think it is great

  • could u do stretching feet like a dancer?

  • i don't understand how this doesn't hurt! lol

  • @jordog13 its natural to me is why and its actually compfortable lol

  • Very good hip flexibility. Keep trying to get your lags further down behind your back soon you will touch the floor!

  • i haven't been to Ohio yet some day, what is the weather like there today? here it was rain and then sunshine and about 70what part of the state do you live in north south east west or central?

  • @73down i live kind of central but a little south east and it is cold today like ussual haha

  • thanks for getting back to me where are you in this world i am in new york

  • @73down ohio

  • i think you have a gift and use it to your utmost ability, how old are you. can you do it with your shirt off so we can see your joint positions? if not ok. still think it is great

  • @73down i am 15 and i will post a video soon without my shirt. i will also show my arm flexibility

  • @bandoncontortion

While it might not be a bad idea to show everyone how your joints dislocate with your shirt off, considering just how many dislocations it seems you're capable of doing, like going back to front leading with your left shoulder, as well as your right, and front to back leading whith eaither arm with your hands grasped, as well as straight back and forth with your arms grasped, as well as other dislocation moves, I'm not sure it would be decent to not wear a shirt.

  • @cjs3872

Even though other many others have done dislocation videos without a shirt on, I'm not sure you should, especially considering how far you can swing your arms behind you. And that should have said hands grasped, not arms grasped when referring to doing the Human Jump Rope, favoring either arm in either direction, or just going straight back and forth in both directons without twisting either shoulder. Not to mention yor other dislocation moves, whichto me, seem to be limitless.

  • @cjs3872

I'm withdrawing that request for you to do your dislocations with a shirt on, since most other men or boys do it without a shirt on to show the dislocations. I only brought that up for decency, but since most others like to show dislocations with no shirt on to show the actual dislocation, I'm withdrawing that request. Also, I briefly did a right split and a middle split yesterday [my dominant side on those is my left side], and am paying the price today, since my legs are sore.

  • You and Neofusionmonkey should have a flexibility contest!!

  • @eamsd who is that?

  • @eamsd that's his channel name. he also does legs behind head vids; check him out.

  • Wow, wow, wow!!

  • how did you become so flexable you are very fluid

  • @73down i was born with most of my leg flexibility but then started streching to improve it even more

  • @73down i was born with most of my leg flexibility but then started streching to improve it even more

  • Hello dear bandoncontortion,

Legs crossed in the back, how long can you hold this position without pain or problem ?

Can you put your feet under your armpits ?

If so, you can make us a long video in this position, the node tightened to the maximum of your possibility, thank you.

    toissam

  • @toissam what do u mean by legs crossed in back? and yes i can put my feet under my armpit will post more videos soon

  • Wow Brandon that's some amazing leg flexibility!!!

  • @russkietiger IKR

  • @russkietiger u should see my arm flexibility when i post that.

  • @bandoncontortion

Yes, you kind of gave that away at the end of this video when you basically turned your arms backwards.

  • @cjs3872 haha i know i meant to cut that part out because i was only doing that to see if i could do it but i forgot to

  • @bandoncontortion

Why would you want to cut something like that out? I know this was a hip and leg flexibility video, but why would you want to cut something out? In fact, I believe your videos (especially your other two) have been too short, though the video quality in this video far surpasses the other two. And by the way, given how flexible you are, I'm mildly surprised that you couldn't go all the way down in the middle splits (neither can I), though doing the splits in jeans is hard.
