Understandable. What was overwritten were any index, default, home.php files. You might be able to manually delete them, we also have a command line grep command to help locate the affected files.
I wish I could have a sense of humour about this, but I went t Cast Iron after Jim Groom's self-hosting exercise at the start of the 2011 DS106 and I actually had my real blog and a dokuwiki with a lot of course notes that I need tomorrow and my students need today. Whatever Emre5807 did it seems to hijack PHP and files get overwritten ... not just the index page. Maybe database sites like wordpress are safer, but dokuwiki is file based. Not sure if this is actually recoverable.
