I can't believe Im hering this! I used t oplay this to death! This is truly a classic album from her, pure artistry. The different styles, jazzy feel, club cuts, pure genius os an album and this is one of my faves aside from her hit 'Scandal' and 'Rejoicing'. Thanks for posting.
For the record, I'm not saying her albums afterwards aren't any good. They are! It's just that I'm an ol' Club Zanzibar (Newark, NJ) club dancer and I know what REAL house supposed to sound like. LOL

I know ULTRA NATE is from Baltimore...but the BLUE NOTES IN THE BASEMENT project was such a JERSEY feel and sound. Where are THE BASEMENT BOYS from?
