It's a nut held fast with a screw. LEDsticks are too light for my preference.

how do you make your led's? cause i noticed that they had a glowstick body or something

when you do the buzz saw do you need to change the length of the string, if you do how do you change it unnoticably

Let it wrap around your four fingers first and then clench it with your thumb. It depends on your grip, but one wrap around the hand usually gives you a good buzzsaw length.

Yes, but the flexibility will come over time. I'm not flexible but my arms can bend quite far from doing this move over and over.

I'm not feeling the music, actually. This is definitely your highest quality vid, though. Most of those moves are still way beyond me, though, so I'm sticking with alt arm wraps and spirals for now ;)
