I confess I am completely sold. It just goes to show what an education can be if very rigorously worked through. I was immensely lucky in my bachelors (King's London) but this is also very thorough stuff - right down to the text of the film itself; impressive and a contrast to the UK where we specialise so very early.

Call them square, I'd say a lack of critical thought has gotten this country (the USA) to where it is today. Having an education such as this is invaluable, and if it means being square, then at least they are squares who can openly and freely think through the nonsense many of those who think they're "cool" have fallen for.
