In my view, that's not even close to dunking. What's close to dunking for me is when you try dunking but the ball either bounces off the rim or hit the backboard and rolls in. Start dunking using a small ball first then work your way upward and gripping the ball is the biggest problem of all. I started trying to dunk 3 years ago but as of now it rarely goes in.
