It's really brilliant to look at all the outstanding cycling ahead. Right here in the United Kingdom the sunshine is with us, Spring appears to be definitely not far away...okay August at least, and the Paris - Roubaix is now. Keep up the great efforts on the video bits and pieces...some of us may just get one or two wet days when we simply cannot escape, and might yearn some cycling to watch.

Awesome race... There were a couple very quick reactions and good handling skills - one with Friere avoiding the man who got thrown into the street, and then the other, not sure who that was, who avoided the other rider's bike and ended up spinning around most of the way. It appears Thor just screwed up by going too wide and hitting the barrier. Maybe the road was more slippery there than he expected or something, or maybe he just made a little mistake while riding at the limit - who knows

The spectators are madder than the riders. They dont seem to care that their fanaticism greatly endangers the riders and their chances of winning.

They are like Hey Im going to cheer you along even if it means knocking you off as I do it

i love cycling..im 36 and in the late 80s and early to mid 90s i raced a bit..i always loved the guys who i related most to..when i was racing i was 6ft tall and 175..on the flats and in a tt that was where i was best..therefore i love tom boonen..and i think fabian is the best thing to come along in a long time..but now a days when i think of boonen i think of cahrlie murphy and rick james..cocain is a hell of a drug lol..sometimes u have to make humour at things..boonen is awesome though.

Man, that Hushovd crash was so disappointing. It made the finish anticlimactic. That could've been an amazing sprint. Boonen soloing in was fairly dull after the previous action. I don't see how he hit the barriers. Following someone's line on cobbles is tough, but still. That sucked.
