Yes britney lost some of her dance skills she used to have when she was 20~, but she is still worlds above and beyond gaga/rih/madge. However, Beyonce and JLopez are beating out Britney in the dance department nowadays. Gaga is just not a good dancer, very mechanical, no flow, and awkward body positions. Rihanna doesn't really dance too much, and neither does Madonna, most of what they do is very easy choreography.
