weird when i go in the dark room after you go in the tunnel tubes, im not able to jump high enough on to the ledge to get to the door? any way you could help?

my water is black and not blue, i can go into the first door.. what can i do?

There is an item some level that will turn the water blue, but I don't remember what level and what chest, sorry.
