They won't listen to you in baby talk and you dont want to yell at someone elses kid. best advice... move where they move and cut it quick and distractions like toys and candy are always good. and never cut horizontal, always vertical...cutting horizontal will leave lines. hopefully that will help you out.

Cost Cutters has got to be the worse place to go for a hair cut! I go to the one in Meriden,CT and none of them can cut! I won't go there anymore.
