Wallace Family Christmas Tradition. Midnight Mass... at midnight of course. After Mass, we go home and go to sleep! Someone will eventually wake up, and wake everyone else up.
Everyone gathers in the living room, the oldest kid (Rosemarie) begins to hand out each present one at a time. The Present-ee tells who gave the present, then opens the present, and we all go Ohhhhhhh!!!
After we monkey with the gifts, we clean up, and work on Christmas dinner! Tradition! Everyone helps to clean up too!
I love it. They ditch you both. haha. The kids take turns opening and then I am last. Christmas eve the kids get to open one gift. Every December we meet up with my mother's family on one weekend day to eat dinner and exchange gifts. Christmas eve we go to Christmas eve service. Every Christmas morning we typically do our thing here and then we go to my grandmother's house for an hour or so. Later we go to my parent's house. Have a Merry Christmas!

An important tradition to me is our Christmas Eve service, good to spend that quiet time before Christmas in fellowship and worship
