  • WTF are those m n' m's?!?!?

  • Super Mario Bros 3

  • it would be better

if a,b,y,x are still on buttons

  • looks really cool!

  • Wow you Colered it...

  • Where'd u get da controller? I Wanna Do One Like This But A Lil Diffrent

  • The X,Y,A,B buttons look like m&m's.

  • @zxkid890 you can't see anything can you

  • i think zxkid890 is colorblind.

  • i want to know from youtube...

what is better this controler seen in this vid or

    gamecube controler

  • i play black ops with that controller lol

  • Is it possible to remove the CC Joysticks and put them in the Xbox 360 controller? I hate the Xbox 360 joysticks...

  • You should replace the joysticks with the gamecube joystick and c-stick

  • You know, i really want to change my CC's Squishy L & R buttons to Digital 'Clicky L & R buttons like the CC Pro has....Is there any way in doing so?

Hell, maybe I'm better off buying a Pro, and sawing off the handles. lol not!

  • @Donatello97 It is not that hard to do. You just need to get some digital "Clicky" tact switches from Radio Shack or Internet that are the same shape and size of the squishy tacts that are in there and solder them in place.

  • @ssbmeleefan31

Well I was thinking about switching the squsihy L & R buttons with the CC Pro's Digital L & R buttons, but i'm guessing they're not the same shape so that right there would totaly be a problem.

I'm guessing you're talking about what's underneith the buttons themselves in order to make the actual controllers buttons squishy or digital?

Anyways, I was thinking about just dropping the $80 and getting a Nintendo Club SNES controller from Japan. ;p

  • @Donatello97 you can simply just open up the controller and take out the springs under the L and R buttons. works fine.

  • @TadghD

Once you take the springs out do you get that typical retro clicky effect?

Guess I'll try it out for myself! Nintendo should of also released a 'wireles' Classic Controller' I'm getting tired of wires! XP

  • I wish I had those kind of buttons

  • See my classic controller review for very indepth differences.

  • when you made the wire come out the top did you do what necroexmortis did

  • nice background music

  • So basicly xbox controllers copied the SNES controls, noticed that when my brother baught it.

  • It's like using Skittles for buttons.

  • Ooh, Super Famicom button colors. Rad.

  • nice can i play the new super marip bros wii with tat controller?

  • M&Ms, lol

  • Mario 3 overworld FTW!

  • This music was in super mario three too i think lol

  • sooooooo cool 5/5

  • What is the little button thing on top of the controller thatcomes back up if you push it?

  • i've often wondered that too...I have one and the only thing I can think of is they're planning on making attachment pieces for it...but who knows

  • Yeah, maybe.

  • look up "Classic Controller NYKO Grip" on Google. That's one example.

  • those are m&m on the controller. Then he put it on top of another controller.

  • whi you haven't tried tu put a snes D-Pad on it ?

  • Maybe the SNES D-pad is too big to fit on the controller.

  • u ass those are m&m lol!!!

  • I tried to do that with my spare super nintendo usa controller but the snes' buttons are too big.

  • are those m&m's?

  • no its from the nintendo 64 controller

  • isnt the A button green? or in they in the wrong place?

  • Nice mod... now can you turn the Classic Pad into a USB HID recognized device with it's own 6ft length of cord so it could be used with emulators like ZSNES? Cuz that would be bad ass.

  • actually, i have the wii remote connected to my mac via bluetooth and i can play N64, NES, and SEGA emulators with the CLassic controller...oh, did I mention I have GTA Vice City on my mac as well, and I can play it with the classic controller as well?

  • On the SNES controller the button colors were different than they are on xbox and 360. Also ABXY are in different locations.

  • I just bought a Classic Controller to use with the new adapter Mayflash is releasing, I have some old Super Famicom pads that I also got off ebay (found out the cords were short as hell) and I'm thinking about polishing up the buttons and sticking them in the CC, do the buttons fit easily or will it require widening of the button holes to make them fit?

  • We never got colored button controllers in the states

  • @xGamerGuy thats how its a modd duh

  • use xbox 360 buttons

    okay

  • that are no xbox buttons!

there are no letters in the buttons so it can't be from an xbox

  • but i thought they did have buttons with letters :(

  • this is a music of mario galaxy

  • no. its from mario bros 3.

  • He routed the cable out the top of the controller.Missed that one?

  • oh, i did. lol, disregard my last comment.

  • pwnd

  • looks like m and m's

  • looks AWESOME. the colors give life to the controller ;)

  • lol

  • buttons look like M&Ms!

  • omg...it looks like an xbox controller...

    THE HORROR....lol

  • snes.... one of the greatest consoles of all time.

  • Do the buttons line up just right?

I'm thinking of customizing mine to look like a SNES controller but it's already been done, by Nintendo.

  • yes they line up. you will have to use the rubber backing from the snes controller if you want them to click right.

  • Cool, thanks.

  • @ssbmeleefan31 - "You will have to use the rubber backing from the snes controller if you want them to click right." - So you can't just swap the buttons, you hafta swap the rubber from the old snes pads as well? You can't just keep the one from the Classic Controller in there?

  • Exactly

  • snes ftw
