@GDizzy15 a program called Paint Tool Sai. got it for free, but its very cheap compared to Photoshop. $60 i think. My technique is more or less Select and Delete. Look at ZeroAvatarstate's comment for a step by step of what i do. i can send you a link to a tutorial i did on my site for said coloring technique if youre interested.

I just gotta know. How did you fill in the coloring and erase all of the excess in a few quick steps?

@ZeroAvatarstate In Paint Tool Sai, select the lineart layer. use the Wand to select all the areas with the excess coloring. Note, this is AFTER you color in said area. Once selected, click your color layer. from there you to can either Cut it, or CTRL + X to clear it. i just clear it. And i just repeat that through the entire piece.
