The issue with women costumes is when they dont match the characters personally. If the chic is written as a partial/sensible person her costume should reflect that. if she is written as a whore then so be it, slut it up.

@CarolStrick - Briefs being drawn slutty is not a fault of the outfit but a fault of the artist. So none of us thought they were inherently slutty in and of themselves. That doesn't meant I'm not personally annoyed when they're drawn as a thong. - Alan
