I agree with everything but sleep. uo to age 30..allow 8 to 8.5 hours for sleep after age 30 we decrease sleep needs. you can get away with 7.5 to 8 hours. Kids in growing years upto 10 hours. Kids secrete growth harmone. This only happens when asleep. Vegan with enough sleep would be unstoppable.

Can you please please please make a video on making a raw food approved toothpaste, mouthwash and deodorent!! I am very concerned about the chemicals even in organic toothpaste and I am worried about possible dangers of baking soda.

I appreciate the fact that you're not always placing too much emphasis on being organic all the time like some raw food people. It stresses people out and sometimes turns them off from raw food but you are so energetic and relaxed, which is nice.
