Some people are saying the performer isn't on time with the music, and that's true, but....

....this is a good dancer! So his timing isn't great yet. That's okay! I'll tell you something about dance: you can learn timing. You can practice, and get better. But there is something that can't be learned, something that seperates true dancers from merely technically proficient dancers, and this guy has has it. He has the knack.
