Thanks!!! I'm slowly working on a relic job for a Strat, so I've been holding off on the Pink Floyd and U2 vids until I have a Strat.

I've asked some guys on the forum about running the G-System without an amp, and I know it can be done, but, you need some extras...like a Palmer PDI-03 speaker simulator (which you still need at least an amp head to use, but no speaker cab).

I've heard some guys get great results using a PDI-03 and a Vox Night Train head.
