  • this is pre fight training. The circuit lasts as long as a round and the rest is the same. Repeats it twice, and does three other circuits. Training no more than 40 minutes.

  • ok one more question, this is followed up by his grappling and standup training as well as road work like skipping and running, or is this just a day for only plyo.
