All tops on C4 Corvettes are manually operated,,so yes it does work.
Corvettes are very reliable and great on gas!

I have a 95 that looks just like this one. Bought it with 32.500 miles on it. The Tranny went out after I drove it about 15K.
I didnt drive it hard or race it at all.
