I have tons of river birch growin down from my house...does the sap flow like that year round? I thought you could only harvest it in the spring and summer.
It makes a tastey beverage.....lol good mid with spruce or pine needles, or so I have been told. and of course the birch bark burns like gasolne and cotton balls. GREAT firestarter....way better than cottontail fluff IMO

Nice choice of plants to make a tea!
mint: excellent for stomachache
dandelion flower for nice aroma
clover leaves for some vitamins
and birch sap for vitamins and cleaning a body out of fast food ( if you ever eat it ) poisons-bad substances... wtg man 5/5

interesting footage... I am very glad y'all make videos.
I do wish y'all might organize the videos a little better to make them more instructional. But who am I to complain? Y'all are doing this for free...
