It looks to me like Dave Alexander ran wide, but I think Warlord did get disqualified for it. I think it's fair enough though after all the times the kiwis have been disqualified while racing in Aussie for things they didn't do.

I remember this race cause there was a massive out rage about Warlord crossing infront of Annihilator 2 on the first corner
