Most people, especially if the eat meat, probably have worms. One of the greatest diservice in education, here in the US especially, is teaching the notion that only people in third world or developing nations have parasites, and that you should worry only if you visit these places. You probably have worms, and tapeworms is just one species among many others that humans carry.
