This helped out alot, although the reliquary gold door can't be done until you do the two Saul missions, as someone said before. You're game probably glitched out and let you do it before getting the correct flit switch and that may be why you weren't able to use the portal. Thank you for the video though, Helped out alot! For the Gold Door in The reliquary, you must complete two Quests, the first quest which you have to complete is the special delivery quest that will appear in the Dwellers Camp,it will ask you to deliver a package to Saul once you have delivered the package, you have to wait for changes then a new quest will appear called an ancient key, finish that quest and it will take you to a secret library. There you will find the flick switch for the gold door

to do thumps up so people can see.

In the Reliquary under the Academy in Brightwall Village you can find a well-hidden Gold Key Door. To get to it, you'll need to complete the Special Delivery (Dweller Camp) and The Ancient Key (Academy) Side Quests. In the latter Side Quest you can lead Saul to a secret library in the Reliquary. Here you can make out a Flit Switch on the wall -- it takes four shots from a firearm to activate it.

For all you wondering about The Reliquary Gold Door. I found it out by myself today. I was doing the quest which involves Saul or Samuel (I forgot his name now) (the one that's intrested in the rare books inside The Reliquary. If you have started or finished the quest 'A Pen is Mightier...' then you would know that there is a rare book down at the middle of The Reliquary. If you go to the same room there is a flit switch that must be activated by a charged up Ranged weapon (Gun). Hope this help

@kjfjsd there is a quest in dwelller camp where you have to deliver an item to a man named Saul in the library of Brightwall. after you deliver it, Saul will start to re-build the library of the reliquary. once you get to the first part of the library there is a flit switch on the wall shoot it and follow it untill the end. :)

@wolfassassin15 all u ned to do is at start take out as much money from the treasury as u can and then buy all the big shops in bowerstone market and set all the profits to high (doesnt affect ur morality much). With just them i get tonnes of gold every 5 mins and u can easy repay the treasury once u got the fifth gold key. Also if u want good money quick u can sell bowerstone castle once u own it. or if tht dont work get married to the castle and then divorce ur spose. u get 60k from it

Actually, the Religuary-Portal isn't glitched, its just disturbed by the presence of the Hollowed Men, so u have to clean the Plattform above and the way down, so it can be used ^^

@TheAndrewmartin The flit switch for the Reliquary is in the part you bring the librarian to, there a flit switch above a bookcase beside the door you unlock on your second visit when your clearing out the hollow men. You hit that one it opens a hidden door in that room, you go up the stairs,and there's a flit switch there, when you hit that one it goes to the middle of the area at 1:42, after that the stairs come up

The reason it "Glitched" is because you were in combat, once you're out of combat you just walk on it and hold "A".

to get to the gold door in reliquary you turn right after where the floor tiles will appear and go down these stairs to the right and follow it along and up the stairs until your in one of the bookcase rooms, if you look around above the bookcases there will be a orb switch which you must shoot and continue with what actions it needs, this will then activate the tiles to take you to the gold door,hope that clarifys things for people.

Im sure some one has mentioned it already but the reason the portal in the reliquary glitched is cause you were still in combat with the hollow men above. Fixed it for me anyways.

Yeah... for the gold door in the reliquary... i discovered the flit switch in the room Saul asks you to bring him to in An Ancient Key. It's the most useless door though! As mentioned, all you get are the male and female highwaymen outfits. And you have to wait for all those steps to unfold - what a waste of time!
