you save avi file, upload it into movie maker, add titles and save movie file!

Alright.
If you want to text to go normal speed:
Go to OPTIONS in the Game and change the Text Speed to Normal.
Don't change it to fast because you might press "A" too fast.
Also, make them longer if you can, I know making an Episode can be long, but it's good when it's full.
