  • this is sofar the best demonstration. what i like is the fact that you show the breathing in a good way ... not perfect but still way better than the others i have seen so far .. gonna do my own video shortly so that people will get the correct versions finally ... well, good job :)

  • From all "5 Tibetans" that can be found on YT I chose to follow yours video because it is most understandable. You explained it well, you demonstrated it well and all that in shortest possible time. Simple and great, cheers!

    One of a few who say the breathing.

    Yes the Breathing and Slower is one of points.

    But not such a breathing!

    You need to learn and practice the breathing before learn 5 rites.

  • I am so worry about all know the 5 rites as streching, muscle excercise like that...

    I found none rightly teaching on youtube. Being rejuvenated by such a simple practices of 5 streching movements? Never!!

    Could you have a thought that such simple secret should rejuvenate you?

    Colonel Bradford didn't have any knowledge on deep breathing.

    To understand 5 rites, You have to understand on the hypogastric breathing practicing throughout in Orient.

  • Wow, a good doctor.. The Rites are wonderful..So helpful for my COPD after 5 years..I am so much better than other's at rehab, they cant undertand why I am strong with a crappy lung capacity (Fev1 - 17%)..
