  • which output are you running from the freqbox into the pigtronix? thanks

  • wow awesome!!!! ur like a mad musical scientist lol

  • i want a moogerfooger! never heard of freqbox but i'm sure it's equally cool

  • Wow just Wow it was amazing, great use of thise pedals

  • wow not a single video besides this that makes the Freqbox sound amazing. Most people said the Freqbox sucks for guitar but good for Bass. You proved them wrong.

    Thanks!

  • Simply amazing.

  • minimoog

  • is this Moog FreqBox more of a Synth effect pedal?

  • what is that expression pedal hooked up to...the pigtonix?

    likeit!

  • @novanine9 The Moog EP-2 Expression pedal is connected to the Moog MF-107 FreqBox.

  • good video man

just wondering i a moog freqbox the other day and I switched it on and buzzed like hell is that suppose to happen do I need to return it ?

this is for anyone who knows by the way it would be great help if someone could tell me?

  • lol u could actually make techno music or whatever with that

  • FIRST DAMN TIME That I've seen anyone use the FreqBox as something that didn't sound like utter shit for guitar....not even Moog's vids showed it off well.

  • @Spaghettaboutit dude i know!!! i actually hate watching professional demos. they are all lame as shit and only show 1 style of music. This is pretty beast.

  • .............................ffffFFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU- that is so AWESOME!

  • Hawkwind said "If you wanna get into it, you gotta get out of it. If you wanna get..." Right, ok ;-) My repetition is: "If you get a Moogerfooger, get an expression pedal. If you get a Moogerfooger...". An expression pedal really gives a life to these great boxes!

  • Very Vangelis bladerunner

  • Wow! How much is it to buy one of these sets? I can just imagine how easy it would be to make a song with this. :P

  • pretty cool

  • the manualist sound!

  • Wow, awesome. Reminded me of the sound effects from those old MS DOS games like Bio Menace!

  • It sounded cool when it started the when the wah sweep started it was awesome. nice!

  • cool

  • Heavy stuff dude Blade Runner meets Yan Hammer. Good work!

  • sounds like something out of blade runner

  • This is the best guitar/freqbox demo I've seen, if not the best freqbox demo period.

  • so the moog freq box has its own oscillator being controlled by the audio of the guitar?

  • yes

  • damn cool

  • ohhh...pretty lights.....ahhh....ooooh

just kidding...great Tool-ish rig. would cost 2-3 times as much as my Novation K-Station....which sounds EXACTLY like that with an exp-envelope on it....but making guitar into a synth is as old an idea as Moog and his Theremin....and people still love to do it.

this is WAY more expressive then ANYTHING the Brian Moores and Roland synth axes EVER came up with

  • So you are using an expression pedal to control the oscillation?

  • By the way, at cerntain moments this video has some of the coolest sounds I probably ever heard. And honestly I think I know what I´m saying.

  • Thanks! Did you see our other guitar synth video? We used Analogue Systems modules for that one. You can find it by searching YouTube videos for:

    Analogue Systems modular Guitar Synth

  • well, I guess you use the pigtronix to "bow", but please, that kind of lead-synth "tone",is it produced by a guitar and just the FreqBox?(ok,there's the delay, but that's not my point) I ask you this because I looking foward this sound with a guitar and the Electro Harmonix Micro-Synth is the nearest it seems to get, and there are no proper demos of the FreqBox w/ a guitar. Can someone help me ...?

    Thanks a lot guys!!

  • The Moog MF-107 is being used as the oscillator, so that is what produces the synthesizer sound. Is this what you are asking?

  • @bigcitymusic

    It's been a while ^_^

    Thanks for you answer.

By the way the expression pedal is conected to the frequency cv in right?

I only wish the video was longer.

    Thanks again!

  • @javiceres Yes, that is correct, the FREQ CV input.

  • The Pigtronix Attack Sustain is one of the best pedals to come out in the past several years. I love mine!

  • Very on!

  • I WANT BUY IT!!! BUT HOW??? THANX. Repp, to my channel thanx

  • Furt

  • the LED's are fabulous

  • Sweet!

  • I want that set-up bad!

  • How much did that cost you?

  • nice tone

  • take a look at the video, where do you read mad professor deep blue delay , why is it a big deal that I asked? the movie is out of focus anyway so dont trip dude.

  • It says on the delay pedal.

  • omg noob!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • what delay pedal is that?!

  • Mad Professor Deep Blue Delay, lol cant you read?

  • very cool, guys!

  • very clever, sounds good too ;)
