the download is in the description and you install it and after you install the program turn it off copy the crack from the folder to your bumptop install directory replace the orginal exe with the cracked one then run it and if you already have it should be setup to run on reboot so every time you reboot the computer it wil be your desktop

in the rar file there is a CRACk you have to exit out of bumptop completely and replace the orginal exe with the cracked one and then it bypasses it

It's the application "Bumtop" it works on Mac and Windows, he's currently on Windows Vista It just that the original explorer.exe got replaced with this one! IF you exit bumptop then it will go bcak to normal~!
