Young kids imitate stars and stuff they see on TV. If a young kid were to look at Kerli's pics, the ones at 2:00, some would think that if they put a chain around their neck they would be able to see fairies (something young girls would like to see), then the next pic shows Kerli hanging herself. So, there is a two-step process, get the child to put a chain around their neck then hang from it - thus, accidental death.
