I understand what ur saying but I think what "jordjord" was trying to say is that the public schools are hurting Christian religion because of how they're taking the Bible and God out of them, and how they're teaching evolution as science. I have friends in public schools who are being faced with temptations that are strengthening them as Christians in a mighty way (as it did you). But Christianity is being taken out of the public schools as a part of education.
well i do go to a christian school trust me its any thing but isolated one of school mates comitted suicid my bfs parents are divorced a number of us are listening to rock music and watching porn even i was tempted with porn please im not here to argue im here to well i dont know but please dont take it personaly

It wasn't until I went to college and experience Christ for myself that I really understood what Jesus was all about.
yah, i agree. I go to a Christian school ,and I feel privileged to be able to serve God there ,but America needs to get back to the gospel of Jesus Christ. I find youtube to be a way of showing the world who Jesus Christ truly is...our risen Savior.
Religions are human efforts to please God. Christianity is God reaching out to man. If Christianity is "going down" it has more to do with the awful job we Christians do of living out the Christian faith day to day (our Christian witness) and the way we have twisted the message of Christianity into some sort of weird American/ Conservative/ Republican invention. When we get back to sharing the biblical message of salvation and act accordingly and stop being "religious" we might reach others.
About the 'The Faith' jordjord, It's STILL firm in the 'Bible-Believing'-preaching churches. There just needs to be MORE stedfast-conviction, integrity-living, grow-teach-go preaching 'for the youth' and its ministry. This is for all churches, not just in a Baptist church.
For those teens in the public school...they need examples and to hear and witness Godly conviction-growth, simple-Gospel preaching... the west is an example. Such as California and Washington.
