How old is this dog supposed to be? At the start of the movie it's implied he scared away guys trying to kill young king Arthur and his dog. Big dog shaped shadow appears, who else could it be?

Its a children's cartoon..I loved it I watched it as a child and I still love it to this day and my 3 yr old loves it as well. Yes the graphics were pretty bad but what movie back in the 80's wasn't sucky?

@CloneComander1138 I wouldn't go THAT far. It's just...this was made in 1988, 3 years before I was born. I didn't think it was possible for animation to suck so bad during that time ( from 1937 to 1998)
