I'm playing the Beta atm, and I find it annoying that there are "borders" where a tattoo stops. For example, if I want a tatto that goes around the arm, it'll stop at a certain part of the arm.

On a positive light unlike Infinity Ward RTW via the news section of the APB forum the devs ARE fixing the game via numerous patches, so I'm giving it a couple of months, and then I'll see if later reviews are more favorable, otherwise in the run up to Christmas, APB will die, as loads of games will be comig out then. I hope APB gets properly fixed, as it looks alright and with 500 players instead of 100 it'd be a blast to play.

i keep hearing and seeing how the graphics and the custimazation are amazing in this game wich it is but i see very little gameplay being showcased and it just makes me hope that the actual gameplay wont be lacking since they seem to be taking a great amount of time worrying about the ability to custimize shit. look at almost every other mmo were you were forced to look like at least 10000 other people and those games still did fine. it dosent matter how good the creation is if gameplay sucks

mag will be 256 players online. Graphics are scaled down, for a next gen console like the ps3 but it's true. However the maps are very large and the chances of having over 30 on screen at the same time is low, just like apb... except not considered an mmo (mag I mean). APB will be a true mmo, however with non traditional gameplay... by that I mean gta like game play but online, more massive and a lot more fun.

I'd be at home in the customization engine you guys have set up, Ive been doing that for a few years with second life =-) Not letting people import was the best move on the game developers part because it will prevent having blank characters running around while your game downloads imported avatars and textures the other people have used. This will get around that almost seemlessly (Id hope) by having it library driven, it's genius.

actually gta san andreas had an online multiplayer but not of the scale like in APB.

I have a feeling that this wont come to consoles unless they make a beefed up one if they are gonna put everything that was also put in the pc. Though then again if the game were to be released for a console I think it will be scaled down so it can run on a console because obviously a game of this magnitude would fry your console.

@JackDanielsCHS08 I think the challenge if they were to put it on a console is practicality. For instance the customization part, would you honestly want to use joysticks to do all of that? Not to mention a host of other things, it would have to be watered down. If they were able to make a console version that is exactly the same and was not a cluster F*ck when it comes to controls, I would say kudos but I still would prefer the pc version.

I understand people are worried if their pc will be able to play it fine, especially with people with integrated gpus heh. I'm so in love with this game I am actually building a computer specifically for APB. AMD Phenom II 4xcore 140W, motherboard MSI MSI 790FX-GD70 790FX (4xCFX), and for starters Ill be running 1 cypress xt card and will expand it to more later (for other applications that might need it). I wont list all the specs here but you get the idea.

@JackDanielsCHS08 It's really not all that hard. You just have to make sure the parts you are going to buy are all compatible, that and they all have the specs you want. The computer I described that Im putting together is only going to cost slightly over one thousand and that is because of the cypress xt card (they cost around 430 dollars). If it wasn't for that card and I bought something like a vid card that is 100 or so it would bring cost down to under 950.
