Oh hello! Have you ever tried - fast abs magic (just google it)? Ive heard some unbelivable things about it and my BF got beautiful Six pack abs and lost a lot of belly fat with it.

@AGNELO1966 it could be over training just stick to 3 day splits..and your age is screwing you over most likely becouse your testosterone isn't as high anymore..try sum natural ways to boost testosterone suck as more vitamin d,zinc,vitamin e. And cut out all foods with soy. Make sure you are getting plenty of sleep.as for trying to lose fat cut back on your total carbs and the carbs you eat should be complex carbs.just Google and qestions you have
i am 45 years ,weighing 96KG. I want to tone my muscles and reduce my fat around my waist and chest, its around 2 years that i am working out with weight and walks and also use bullworker but nothing seems to help,never fresh in the morning and i feel my muscles and body worn out . @HERBLANDZ I would definitely take proteins HIGH on Carbs cause proteins alone won't do the job at your weight. You're not trying to cut on the fat, cause you obviously have none. So give in to some sugar. Complex Carbs before/after workout (Pastas, potatoes, bread!! Fibers, etc), Proteins are what restores the "used" tissues of your body after a workout, Carbs will give you the energy to gain in mass.
@SpartanPride09 do a mixture of both... some weeks I just stick with foods as my protein source...then others I mix in shakes for snacks or meals along with normal solid foods... just keep your body guessing...~ahmad

There are so many exercises and machines, gyms, etc. I want the simplest way to get in shape. Now, if I do 100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, plus cardio, will that get me in shape?

@tapiajose181 ur muscles do need some rest, so the best thing to do is just train your arms and rest for 1 or 2 days. then u can train your arms again
u can also focus 1 day on your biceps and the other day on your triceps thatll be more effective :)

u have to do it with weights which are heavy for you not just randomly pick some weights but first u have to know your maximum weight and then u can choose the weights thats best for you :P
@sonoflurch focus on strength endurance... you want higher reps with a moderate to weight... a weight that will make you fail on 20 reps...ok? Shoot for a volume of 60-100 reps total per part you work...each session..~ahmad

Would this work even if you dont have much body fat to turn into muscle cuz im 6 ft 2 and i only weigh 155 and ive been looking for work out plans that focus more on adding muscle instead of tryin to loose weight
@3128edge yes this will work...all of the clips will work...your task is to add the needed detail to the clip...in your case, since you wish to build muscle...lift a heavier weight...and try to go to muscle failure where the last 3 reps are almost impossible to complete...ok?~ahmad
Have to say this is a great workout, I tried this out yesterday and today im really feeling it especially in the shoulders. Would you advise to do less reps with heavier weights on these exercises, or just gradually build the weight up?

I don't like to give advice because I know you already have the knowledge as I watched many of your videos but many people just starting out don't realize how important stretching is to avoid being hurt, maybe just add a comment to your videos suggesting stretches.
Thanks man I can finally work out at home ;) Although I still have a fair amount of flubber from my fat days, (not too much though, about a month of workout should get rid of it) so I'll be buying and exercise bike first before I try these out ;)

@22shroomster What you should try doing is to do compound exercises...like the ones in the GYM clips with my friend Cindy. We do compound exercises to preserve and build muscle fast. You want to also work with a weight that will make your muscles fail during the last 3 reps...of a 10-12 reps set....ok? If using body weight only., then reduce rest time between sets...

@22shroomster Compound exercise is a movement that combines 2 or more moves. Like doing a bicep curl then pressing the weight overhead, then doing a calf raise...follow me? If you balance out your work, with eating, and rest you should see a change within 5-6 consecutive workouts.~ahmad

Hey, I'm young but by putting some of your workout techniques and some of my own I've gotten pretty built - like a football player [Big arms, chest, wide upper body, strong legs], but I'm wondering why I can't get rid of the love-handles and lower stomach fat that I have.. Is there any type of diet I should do? I've recently started to cut back on things like soda and junk food.

@pianoteachings everyone's body is different...this is where the fun in wellness comes in. You must find out, based on how much activity you are doing...how much you should eat. Go by how your clothes feel. Rule is to try and get in 4-6 small meals a day...watch the lesson 2-4 clips...or get the ebooks...~ahmad
Hi, I'm trying to work on a six pac but recently hurt my back so I can no longer do sit ups... But any exercises standing up reduce stress on my back and seem to allow me to do them, but are there any standing up for a six pac? A link to one of your videos maybe? thank you

im 15 i go on a two mile run 3 times a week plus soccer 2 days a week so im quite fit i also do different variations of sit-ups press-ups and weights how long do think before ill achieve my six pack
@Swiftylfc4life you're 15.. don't expect much in a hurry. and it's more dependant on your diet, you can do all that but if you're eating junk junk junk then you're gonna get nowhere. so just kick back, keep up the good work and watch what you eat. you'll be kickin' it with that 6pack soon as

Well ive been working out for about a year now and ive been taking creatine. I believe this gave me a lot of edge on my results. I began seeing a real diffrence in my physique after about a month.

I would suggest using a light weight...To decide what is best for you...use this trick. The last 3 reps should burn to finish each time...of a 12-15 reps set....ok?~ahmad

Would this work even if you dont have much body fat to turn into muscle cuz im 6 ft 2 and i only weigh 155 and ive been looking for work out plans that focus more on adding muscle instead of tryin to loose weight

@3128edge yes this will work...all of the clips will work...your task is to add the needed detail to the clip...in your case, since you wish to build muscle...lift a heavier weight...and try to go to muscle failure where the last 3 reps are almost impossible to complete...ok?~ahmad

Have to say this is a great workout, I tried this out yesterday and today im really feeling it especially in the shoulders. Would you advise to do less reps with heavier weights on these exercises, or just gradually build the weight up?

Thanks for the video, this works great for me & was able to incorporate this into what I am already doing.
I don't like to give advice because I know you already have the knowledge as I watched many of your videos but many people just starting out don't realize how important stretching is to avoid being hurt, maybe just add a comment to your videos suggesting stretches.

Thanks man I can finally work out at home ;) Although I still have a fair amount of flubber from my fat days, (not too much though, about a month of workout should get rid of it) so I'll be buying and exercise bike first before I try these out ;)

@Ethaninja not at all...just make sure to drink your fruits then...get a fruit smoothie on occassion. The high protein is great for keeping and building muscle. Just make sure to get in your vitamins and key aminos and minerals too...ok?~ahmad

Hey Ahmad! I have been doing the workout for about a week now that you showed in this clip and I have some questions.How long does it take to see visible results?I have never had success in building muscle before(I understand it will hard work). I am a very tall and slender guy who wants to have a good looking upper body.Also when I work out I feel like I am just building endurance not gaining muscle.What can I do to see results?By the way love your video's!!

@22shroomster What you should try doing is to do compound exercises...like the ones in the GYM clips with my friend Cindy. We do compound exercises to preserve and build muscle fast. You want to also work with a weight that will make your muscles fail during the last 3 reps...of a 10-12 reps set....ok? If using body weight only., then reduce rest time between sets...

@22shroomster Compound exercise is a movement that combines 2 or more moves. Like doing a bicep curl then pressing the weight overhead, then doing a calf raise...follow me? If you balance out your work, with eating, and rest you should see a change within 5-6 consecutive workouts.~ahmad

Hey, I'm young but by putting some of your workout techniques and some of my own I've gotten pretty built - like a football player [Big arms, chest, wide upper body, strong legs], but I'm wondering why I can't get rid of the love-handles and lower stomach fat that I have.. Is there any type of diet I should do? I've recently started to cut back on things like soda and junk food.

@pianoteachings everyone's body is different...this is where the fun in wellness comes in. You must find out, based on how much activity you are doing...how much you should eat. Go by how your clothes feel. Rule is to try and get in 4-6 small meals a day...watch the lesson 2-4 clips...or get the ebooks...~ahmad

Hi, I'm trying to work on a six pac but recently hurt my back so I can no longer do sit ups... But any exercises standing up reduce stress on my back and seem to allow me to do them, but are there any standing up for a six pac? A link to one of your videos maybe? thank you

im 15 i go on a two mile run 3 times a week plus soccer 2 days a week so im quite fit i also do different variations of sit-ups press-ups and weights how long do think before ill achieve my six pack

Thanks for posting this video its very helpful. Say I have a pretty nice build right now....like my chest arms and sholders are really filled out. But my abs arent as in shape...like i have a layer of fat over them. Ive ben working on them but progress is slow. Should i be on a certain diet?

Well ive been working out for about a year now and ive been taking creatine. I believe this gave me a lot of edge on my results. I began seeing a real diffrence in my physique after about a month.

I would suggest using a light weight...To decide what is best for you...use this trick. The last 3 reps should burn to finish each time...of a 12-15 reps set....ok?~ahmad

Yes get the p90x whole system if you have the time and money...and compare some of my clips to the p90x system.
