Cav is not a bad car.

all u have to do is buy the factory ground effects. thats after u get the dual exhaust. i think u can get a dual stock sunfire one and that should work im not possitive tho. my brother owned the car before me and he just made the other side of the exhaust and used glass packs. but u dont have to modify the stock bumper.
well i didnt have to cut a hole cus its just a ground effect going around the bumper if u look carefuly u can see the botom of the bumpers flat then the muffler tip goes in the ground effect.
It tops out at 193? nice, but its not the cavaliers engine that is doing it, you had to drop in another motor... Thats like saying geo metros are designed for performance i droped a 4 cyl turbo in it, does 13s at the track... Its not the cav thats toping out at 193, its what ever that rotary engine came out of that is.

@gubert3 You need to remove the rev limiter. It is stock in Cavaliers. Removing it should fix the problem.

i got an 02 cavi like this guy; idk if speaker sizes are the same, but mine are 4x6's (doors) and 6x9's in the back [2dr] i got rockford fosgate punch series; pretty sick. & faceplate/deck upgrade is a must - more power to the speakers & finer tuning for better, custom sound. savin for a P2 10" sub & my audio should be complete

all u have to do is buy the factory ground effects. thats after u get the dual exhaust. i think u can get a dual stock sunfire one and that should work im not possitive tho. my brother owned the car before me and he just made the other side of the exhaust and used glass packs. but u dont have to modify the stock bumper.

well i didnt have to cut a hole cus its just a ground effect going around the bumper if u look carefuly u can see the botom of the bumpers flat then the muffler tip goes in the ground effect.

It tops out at 193? nice, but its not the cavaliers engine that is doing it, you had to drop in another motor... Thats like saying geo metros are designed for performance i droped a 4 cyl turbo in it, does 13s at the track... Its not the cav thats toping out at 193, its what ever that rotary engine came out of that is.

i got an civic si 95' , this is the baddest car i ever had, they all told me honda was good car, so fuck them all, an 1.6 Vtec engine is gay. always trouble, got to check oil every 3 day and other big shit of trouble. it suck, never buy a Honda again for sure!!!

@mustangmikeca Well too late. My Cavalier has already smoked about 12 Civics. And btw, my Cvai runs 12.137 on the 1320. Its a bracket racing car. So who says that a Cavalier isnt good for performance. Did I forget to mention that my Cavalier has no forced induction at all AND its the same Ecotec 2.2 Liter engine that is doing. Sure I have some internal work done like new cams, cam gears, valves, valve springs, and pistons which are all made for SPECIFICALLY for the Cavalier. Case closed.
