The reason Drist got onto Guitar Hero was because the guitarist did a lot of guitarist did covers for songs on there.

Drist is now disbanded and three originals made a band called SLE if I recall correctly.

Guitar Hero exposed us to a pretty large audience that we probably wouldn't have reached otherwise.

If you dig Arterial Black and Decontrol. Awesome.

If you like the other stuff also, that's cool too.

Getting upset over "How" or "Why" someone got into it is a waste of time. More people that hear us and spread the word, the better it is for the band.

I wholeheartedly agree. I'm actually amazed that I'm the only person to upload this specific song. It's my favorite song and I'm glad people enjoy it and all the other songs that are around. Regardless of where you hear them, if you like the band and the songs pull you in enough to spread the word about the band to friends or otherwise, I can't see it as bad publicity at all.

haha why is this band so unknown? It's awesome, great vocals, catchy riffs, and some neat guitar solos (which I hope feature prominently in future albums).

Although what notoriety this band does have seems to come from the song arterial black from guitar hero II, showing once again that getting your song on guitar hero (or rock band) can be very helpful publicity
