It's the eyes. You move them up, and then use eyebrows for the mii's eyes.

You have to download it from the store. You can't directly search for Miis. Instead you can browse them, then use the "find friends" option once you find one that appears to be Krystal.

Not the friend code, but the Mii code. I don't remember where it is. Just try stuff, there aren't that many options.
