If it is close to 200$ not to 100$ I think WD LIve HD Media player is the one I`m gonna buy.

You do realize the WD can't do half what this can. This thing has XBMC at it's core. Hell, the interface and that remote are worth the extra, never mind the rest.

that's retail price, it'll come down after a while, and I guarantee that the WD Live won't be nearly as good as boxee. I've been using it on a HTPC for a few months now and its been awesome, even with just an old ATI Remote Wonder.
