What's wrong with it? )) If your pointing on my technique, then it's just my preference to stand that way. If u r wondering how to do handstand in general, then u just need to practise a lot, try doing it against the wall, get used to that position, u might also consider doing some handstand push ups against the wall to get stronger =)
actually, i dont do any martial arts... I used to Tae-kwon-do when i was 7 until the age of 11, since then i didnt do any martial arts. I know boxing and kickboxing techniques tho. Still remember kicks from tae-kwon-do, sometimes fight with my fitness instructor who is a wrestler so it is a good practise lol!
No, he is not as ripped as me. Im taller and weigh less than him, he is i would say about 176cm tall and weighs 87kg compared to my 187cm height and 82kg weight. :)On top of that, he's been fitness instructor for 4 yrs, and been wrestling for 7 yrs, I'm physically strong so, yeah, im pretty good.
Yea you look pretty strong for your size. You ever beat him in wrestling?? Would like to wrestle you when i coemclose to you if you cantake on a 185 93 kg guy.
I never fought him in wrestling =) I'm not a wrestling fan, we just fight sometimes in the gym, that's all )) Sure i would lose by wrestling rules but if it was something like Pride or MMA then i would have better chances to win lol!
I don't actually fight for fun, only if i have to defend myself or someone =) i do kick my brother's ass tho, when he gets drunk lol! Since he is drunk, he always get up and come at me again countless times. Only on the next morning, he starts complaining... ))
As for the fight, i need to start training again since i haven't trained for a month.. I did do some pull ups and stuff like that tho, have set up a new record 28 :) And gained some weight, now i weigh 84kg but still i'm not at my peak so we will come back to it later ;)
Hey, thx mate, keep practising and u will get the balance. Well, these are not really 90 degree push ups, i can do a couple of reps all the way down to the chest, but i still can't do 90 degree push ups, need to work on my lower back, cuz it's difficult to hold ur legs parallel to the ground.
I'm 17, height: 185-186cm, weight:78,5kg =)) Been training for like 2 yrs doing pull-ups,push-ups; doing fitness for 8 months, particularly handstand, i started to learn how to handstand about 6 month ago ;)
lolol wow, you are nearly in a horizontal position with your chest when you do these!
