yes joe filisko was on the guitar. He was a monster guitar player before he played harmonica.
I wouldn't work on old blown out harps unless I was practicing building a harp. I didn't mention tuning the reeds in that video. That's a whole 'nother thing

Btw, here's something else that came into my mind as I was watching your "custom harp"-video: could that also be a way to regain an acceptable sound quality for older blown-out harps, would that work?
Cause I got quite a few of them here, especially BigRiver & Special20...
