  • this sois the best

  • @mamanmatty lolzzzzzzzz

  • meditation's tough. i cannot clear up my mind of thoughts while focusing on my breath. something or the other continuously pops out..... any suggestions guys?????????

  • I have been told to chant "aum" or "i am", most meditation practices say u can chant. so this video is unreliable

  • so you are not supposed to chant anything in your mind when doing this? maybe that's why it never really worked for me.... hmmm

  • why do most meditators hav indian accents?

  • @niniizazum India has many religions (hindu, sikh etc) . these religions greatly believe that meditating releases stress and other problems. when you pray, you speak to God ... but when you meditate, you LISTEN to God. it's a very common practice in India, as well as many other parts of the world. hope this helped :)

  • Thank you... for this video it has helped me a lot.. i am 28 years old man... and i always was having a CLEAR MIND.. my talent was degenarted because of UNWANTED THOUGHTS AND USELESS THINKING.. one thing i am going to do for the rest of my life and i.e. have a TOTAL OF 3 HOURS OF MEDITATION AND EXERCISES EVERYDAY OF MY LIFE.. i beleive meditation is usefull for fitness of mind and exercises (atleast cardio) is usefull for body fitness.. imagine how it will be usefull for my day to day work life.

  • Dear Global Friends,

This is the correct way of meditation. It is also called " Natural Non-Action "

meditation. But it must be followed by purification of one's inner and outer-selves

in moral values. Moral practices and meditation must go together. They are inseparable. One is without the other.

Note:- Please listen to the instructions over and over again very carefully and practise without fear.

  • it has been proven that meditation is an active sleep with the help of spirit molecule called D M T for ex when we sleep we do all the same things like cut off our body movements and closing our eyes but only thing which we are not able to cut is our thoughts which needs practice . D M T takes you to sleep for short time but you are in active state that is you can see your sleep any one with practice can do it without D M T . and that to for hours best part is more you do better you become

  • will i sleep?

  • Another thing I would add is that when you are pure and innocent, even without religion or withou meditation, meditation happens. It happened to me 15 years ago, at the age of 26, only once. I used to be so pure and trust-worthy. One day, two baby angels, real shiny, came to my room. The feeling was very peaceful. They told me to give all my financial poblems to Jesus. I did not even pray or go to church before. I did not know that angels were evenreal. But I saw them in reality!!!

  • @mrcuteblackie Jesus stole my money too! :-/

  • @Scytherene122190 what do you mean by money?

  • Forget about all this intellectual stuff. The easiest meditation is first finding trust in some compassionate, all powerful being. One that is most easy and natural for you to believe. Then accept that being as a friend and helper. EG Christ. When u meditate, just sit and receive that being (Christ). Then you will be naturally and effortlessly transformed, because birds of a feather flock together.

  • is this for real? this seems quite incredible. is it comparable to things like DMT? can i do this on my own or do i need some sort of "master" or whatever

  • @scottyraw13 Of course you can do it alone. There are no m,editation masters anymore. They just take your money and lead you nowhere. I have always tried it alone. 15 years ago, it did not wor at all. I abandonned the practice, and started in 2010, and it worked for some reason I do not know. You will know ehen it is working. You feel at ease and blissful and relaxed. Juts try 5 minutes at first. Get it right first, for short periods. Forget about the breath. It does not work. Any questions?

  • can you lay down?

  • @thecbonilla yes you can lay down in the begnning if you feel it to be easier.you can sit while meditating when you feel that you're ready for it..take your time ;)

  • @HumanoidZimmer its better to sit than to lay down

  • @theoneandonlyolya I KNOW! but its OK to lay down if u r a beginner.and then sit when you've become better after some time....ofc its better to sit but i dont think it wud be very bad if beginners lay down smtimes

  • @HumanoidZimmer no its not okay if you’re a beginner. if you learn how to do something you must do it right, otherwise you will have to re=learn how to do it the right way. it is better to learn how to do it right from start. when you lay down your mind goes into sleep mode...

  • @HumanoidZimmer you must be awake, you must sit in a lotus position, this puts your spine perpendicular to the ground...this is important... A yogi said to me once; if you can't sit in a lotus position you can't meditate properly. Something to do with the energy

  • this voice is very calming.

  • what is this from? where can i purchase a cd or dvd?

  • @Ro9ueDeity spiritual reality

  • i cant reach that super state evertime i get close to it im thinking like am i breathing am i dead are im like wow im doing it then boom i zap out of it

  • @vality1 it helps if while focusing on breathing to repeatedly tell yourself to 'let go'. I once achieved a state of unconsciousness by doing that once. Its like you actually left this world for a few minutes. strange but cool. Just keep doing it.

  • @vality1 same with me.i think it just needs time to do it well..

  • its amazing how so many ppl are waking up

  • once in a month i have dreams about what will happen in the future. and i am not jokeing

  • It's so easy just cross your legs like a normal sitting position and clasp your fingers like a behaving posture and close your eyes don't think only listen to the sounds around you like the fan or the birds and neighbours talking outside and don't move at all stay in this position and keep quiet and don't think just breath through your nose lighty and relax after a few minutes you'll feel like you got wings and all the weight has gone off u just like redbull but I'd meditate for half an hour fo

  • A good method to clearing your mind is to just think of one thought that kind of acts as a shield to prevent other thoughts from coming in. I usually think of an image, and it's usually the third eye as someone has mentioned, but I tend to think of the great pyramid a lot aswell. It's a good image to me it represents wisdom.

  • This is the best meditation instruction I have ever seen.

  • damnit i cant NOT think of anything ..theres always SOMETHING going on.. ill be thinking about not thinking . i think about the sound of my breath.. i dont think i can totally CLEAR my mind

  • Yes and No. I see ghosts, etc. by my edge of the eye, not am-face.

  • I meditate from time to time, and I always thinking about 3th eye, to eliminate thoughts. So, viewers- FOCUS on 3th eye ;) BTW. If you do what I write, you will in short time see a ghosts, souls(?), egregors (those are creatures who ate energy), elfs, driades, gnomes, etc. They all are invisible.

  • @sandor139 so u see ghosts

  • Very good I've alway had problems meditating as my mind keeps working and i find it hard to switch off

  • Very helpful.Gentle yoga movements and pranayam helps with meditation.

Precious Retreats is a wonderful site for theme-based guided meditation.

  • this also unlocks chi energy

  • @PiinoyAzztig whats that?

  • Comment removed

  • cheesy music in the background....

  • no the best way is thinking in a black board and when a thought interrupts keep wiping out the board.

  • @masterpatric07 wow i didnt even read ur comment , i found this out naturaly ,

  • @masterpatric07 i cant do that cause then im just thinking about wiping out the board lol.

  • @masterpatric07 thannx

  • I personally prefer to get a BJ to relax but I'll try, meditation.

  • @Widmark33 theres always one :)

  • Beautiful! Thank you for creating this....

  • Is this technique called Vipassana? "Breath meditation" is a different thing, right?

  • am i supposed to think nothing??

i try not to think my problems and stuff but they come on my mind on their own...

  • @malakas582 At first, it is difficult to stop the flow of thoughts. Don't fight them. By fighting them you are focusing upon them & increasing them. Just let them flow & let them go. Focus on your breathing, or another neutral, constant source such as a candle flame, the ticking of a clock, etc. Eventually, your thoughts will diminish or cease. But, be open to receive -- an image, feeling, or thought that is not your own may enter your mind. This may be divine guidance. ;-) Peace, Love & Joy!

  • @imluvnlife2 wow thanks

    that really helped

i was trying to shut everything up(i even took out the batteries of my cloack) and try to meditate with total silence but it was so difficult..

  • @imluvnlife2 i need help. i try to watch my thoughts go by but then i end up somehow tuned into them. i start going into the thoughts sometimes without me knowing its like i lay there and tell myself not to focus on them but then they come and i get into them. its so annoying. and when i count my breaths i get bored of it. but actualy i wanted to ask u if i cant fall asleep for some reason laying on my back is that going to be a probem while trying to fall asleep body asleep mind awake?

  • @kbplaya123 Patient persistence. It takes practice to not focus on your thoughts & to allow them to drift away, & to feel comfortable within the stillness of an empty mind. If you're getting bored or discouraged, begin by meditating for only 5 minutes, then eventually increase the time, if you want. There's no rule stating that you have to lie on your back, whether sitting up or lying down, the important thing is that your body be comfortable. Hope this helps. Light & Love on your journey!

  • @imluvnlife2 Thank you for ur beautful comment and i will take your words to use when i try to meditate. But a question I have is when you ap your body has to fall asleep and mind awake or w/e but for some reason im not able to fall asleep while laying on my back. But actually i am training myself by laying on my back intentionaly when i go to sleep so my body can get use to it. But my question is will i be able to ap even if i cant fall asleep?

  • @kbplaya123 Actually, everyone APs basically every night, whether or not they recall it. So, I'm inclined to say it probably doesn't matter what position your body is in so long as you are comfortable. However, when we lie down to sleep, we tend to go into a deeper sleep (REMs) or deeper level of unconsciousness. So, to maintain a higher level of consciousness, you might try APing while napping in a comfortable chair or a recliner for about 30 minutes. 'Body lightly asleep - mind still awake.'

  • @kbplaya123 I failed to answer your question directly. Sorry. To my knowledge, we usually can't AP unless we're asleep - our ego, limiting beliefs & fears prevent it - or being almost asleep (the hypnagogic state). There are a talented few who can AP while in an altered state of consciousness, such as thru deep meditation or TM. Some remote viewers or clairvoyants utilize AP w/o being fully asleep, yet some say they must enter a trance-like state, which IMO is like being asleep. DM me 4 AP info.

  • @imluvnlife2 oic...thanks. oh but what does DM stand for?

  • @kbplaya123 DM = Direct Message, like e-mail thru YouTube. (-:

  • someone told me that meditation is a sin!?.... why?

  • @patobond007 That "someone" doesn't know any better. How can meditation be a sin when it draws you nearer to God, Divine Source, and it brings you peace, joy and clarity? If it was good enough for Jesus and Buddha, certainly it should be good enough for us. ;-) Listen to yourself, your inner knowing, and if it feels right for you, it is. If it doesn't feel right for you, it isn't. Peace, Love and Joy!

  • @imluvnlife2 Thanks for being sincere with the newbies to this fundamental process. The Catholics support meditation but warn that people shouldn't use it to have audience with God. lol! If a person truly opens all chakras does the church really believe that God won't take notice and come right in?? It seems some church leaders don't want people to really discover the truly illuminating nature of God. Peace love and then Happiness..:)

  • @darkhurd I agree. How do we possibly avoid being connected with God, Divine Source when we are a part of It? -- Whether or not a religion tries to keep us ignorant of that simple truth. Ignorance = Fear = Control. Meditation/prayer raises our vibration and aligns us more with Source, and then we may become enlightened and empowered -- making us more difficult to deceive and control. That's bad business for some religions. ;-) Peace, Love and Joy!

  • do i get super powers by doing this? (serious) Oh and another question, When should i meditate? Or i can do it at anytime? Thx

  • @cardosoman You Become Wiser, you don't become superman :|

  • Great video! The images make the concepts clear and illuminating. The images and the narrative voice flow together so that absorption of the ideas is easy and effortless. I've learned a lot already, and am inspired to learn more.

  • What is conscious?

  • @remix111able Conscious is knowing, perceiving, having awareness, being alert. I hope this helps.

  • I want to learn how quantum method ?

  • can you meditate while lying in bed?

  • yeah i really want to do that

  • The ^^^^^^ says that we can meditate on the floor any where, were you feel comfotable.. so i guess u can lay down and meditate

  • @Mocomage whatever way is most comfortable for you is the best way to meditate. i have just started not too long ago. although, i meditated last night while laying down and fell asleep, slept through the whole night. but everyone is different and i think as the better you get at it the more you can do with it, you can do it anyway, and get in a meditated state within seconds, minutes once you train yourself how. give it a go and see how it works. good luck!

  • @iamsmuts yes

  • @iamsmuts Yes but it is well known that meditation is much more effective seating down with your body erected.

  • I feel a shortess of breath! and It forcess me to breath!

  • does any 1 know where i can get all 5 parts to this video on an dvd or download?

  • meditation minimalism and drums

  • I tried this and heard the neighbour after a few minutes and I had a cough and felt something abnormal happen on my diaphragm.

  • wow i start doing this cose i have panick attacks

sometimes. now i dont have and

    im tootalu relaxed :)

  • ive got the same problem

    i do meditate alot

  • @hottis13 same here. Medications suck.. SIck and tired of Benzo's :(

  • Can somebody please help mme... I've tried this and now ccant stopp medditatting ... hhhhhh eellp ...aaaa a aaa

  • You are enlightened now!

  • aaahhhh! but how do you clear your mind?

  • you can clear your mind during meditation if you concentrate on a tone or sound that you make up that doesn't make you think of anything and concentrate on that sound. then after you do that for awhile you may figure out how not to think and push the thoughts away and stop thinking.

    best of luck!

  • thanks to this...

  • thanks it helped

  • It is easy... just focus on your breath... well actually it was hard for me at first but when you focus on your breath, and keep doing it, the longer you do it, the less breathes you will take.

  • observe you natural breathing dont breath self-consciously and becoming 1 with your body and your breathing.

  • very clear. Great job!

  • meditation makes the person and the personality. Good thinking is meditation. Yes if u are in the position of receiving the cosmic rays will flow in to you and we become strong- strong mind, strong body and strong soul.

  • i keep thinkin somebody gone walk in abd be like wdf is she doin lol

  • Ha ha me too.

  • lol same here

  • dont follow your thought

  • @lesabrea1000 lol

  • @lesabrea1000 Lock your door. You should be in an area that you can be completely relaxed in, where you don't have to fear someone coming in on you and where you aren't distracted.

  • @lesabrea1000 HAHAHA Im exactly like that 2!

  • @lesabrea1000 what?

  • @lesabrea1000 Thats one of the thoughts that should be ignored. Just think if they do, they do. I'm meditating for myself, not anyone else.

  • great video

  • ask yourself who am i,this will bring you back to the source.

  • yes we should understand ourself first

  • Comment removed

  • the best way to stop all thaught is not to try and stop them but to concenttraate on your body, your breathing excetra when you do this then you you will come to find that you arent thinking of any thing just observing

  • I just started to learn how to meditate,it feel good I actually like it.meditation can help me overcome stress and fine some understanding my own mind.i can learn how to transform my mind from negative to positive, from disturbed to peaceful, from unhappy to happy.practice meditation can help me enjoy life a little longer. "Buddisht tradition."

  • Wonderful. Thanks for Posting. Peace.

  • This was the first sign of relief I've had from the cluster fuck of the white mind. Thank you

  • that was weird

  • I Tried it and all i heard was my heart beating, now i feel A LOT BETTER

  • Very good lesson to know how to mediate. I always wonder how I can cancel out thoughts when I am meditating as it is so distracting.

  • s even i had this problem, try and try to follow ur breathe, surely it will help u

  • In order to eliminate thought faster and just by thinking... You have to FOCUS on something while breathing, this will keep you on one constant thought while your body is relaxing, and when you feel ready and relaxed, just drop the thought.

  • thats also true. just keep in mind that there are (theoreticaly) infinate posibilities on how to do it. (i cant spell)

  • That is true, just my own thought that i find good :)

  • @SGTLEBAR wrong . . . sorry if it hurt

  • @SGTLEBAR Its not as easy as it sounds.

  • Comment removed

  • @SGTLEBAR the thing u consintrait IS your breathing, how it enteres and exxites your body...the sinsation of breathing, the strength it gives u.

  • @SGTLEBAR true i focus on the breath in and out in and out and so on

  • sounds a bit like deepak chopra to me

  • A very difficult topic narrated in an excellent fashion.Graphics are excellent too. The concept of Astral body explains how sages /seers in ancient India were able to find the position of planets, starts etc without modern technology.

Also the concept of soul choosing the mother tells about Karma et all.

And i recently read in another article that mind has the only capability to travel more than a speed of light, it can travel at a speed of universe in a second. Good Job and thanks.

  • would like to give a tip. I sat down thinking I will not get up unless I feel some thing and it worked for me. About 30 minutes later I forgot I was breathing(no thought state I believe) and soon after I felt I was moving clock wise. I was moving so fast (it was harder than if someone move my physical body) I stared having a headache and stopped..can`t wait to try again..good luck to all of you

  • nice. my question wud be did u stop all ur thoughts before u felt like u were spinning and everything?

  • i tried it but i always end up falling sleep...so i figured that it is better to sit in an upright position and it helps a lot....i hope it helped.

  • But I feel ALLOT more confortable laying in my bed then sitting in that meditating position!

  • i think this really helps me! i really felt a difference in my breathing rate and i think i really cut off all the chatter going on outward and inward,

it was beautiful! i think meditating b4 going 2 bed is a good thing 2 try, u will wake up the next day with more energy than u ever had in ur life!

  • meditation in it's purest form is the objective observation of thoughts in creation. simply look within, when a thought rises do not resist, you cannot win, let it pull you in the thought stream, until it releases you from it's momentary dream, then regain objective awareness, until your thoughts will on their own re-organize & astounding truths you will effortlessly realize, effortlessly is the key, as the proccess works automaticly. one must have a willing attitude, not a willfull one

  • In a very normal sense the purpose of meditation is to stop the constant chatter of the brain - where past mistakes / plans of the futre and judgements dwell. The secret is to be in the 'now' in meditation. To have no thought - to stop thinking - which is hard at first. Thats why just concentrating on your breathing is a good starting point. Sometimes thoughts pop up - recognise them but do not indulge in them - let them flow by you as if carried on a river heading out to sea.

  • Question, during meditation, How will I know if i'm doing it right? Will I see or feel something? I simply want to know if i'm doing it right. Please help.

  • Stop expecting something to happen, just stop thinking, you will realize when youre empty.

Trust me, i've had freaky experiences during meditation.

  • thus us great thank you very much

  • Hello, I cross my leg's and I'm very calm. It really helps you calm down relax and it relieves stress.

  • i lay down with my head on one pillow, cross ur feet n intertwine (clasp) ur fingers wit ur thumbs touchin gently on ur chest.. for some people, they will fall asleep but layin down wrks for me

  • you can also try yoga then madatation

it will help you to medatate much easyer

if you are a begginer this will help

tip:15mins of yoga then 5mins of medatation

  • do u have to cross ur legs, i cant it hurts to much... what other position could i use??

  • nope. just lie down in whatever position is most comfortable. for me its usually pretzel with pillows. either way i meditate. before i sleep. and it feels nice.

  • Go somewhere where you will not be botherd like inside a forest or the neraest woods or your room lol i feel extremely good after meditation

  • meditation is really tough to achieve. I get frustrated after a few minutes of trying. Any tips? By the way, I wanna ask if anyone of you tried asking yourself a question or "exploring" a question and you can get an understanding of it? Will it work?

  • yeah its called mirror of the mind.

  • i find that it helps if you have soothing music on. i just go to google and type in nature music and turn my volume really low. the amount of concentration it takes to focus on the miniscual amount of audable sounds will aid in the meditation.

    -STINGBOXXX528

  • Can anyone give me some advice I tried last night, but i became so relaxed In meditation i no longer felt my arms or even body, and it felt like i was dozing off so I stopped when you feel like your goin to pass out is that suppose to happen or are you just gonna fall asleep ?!

  • you may need to adjust your position a bit.. make sure your spine is straight. if you fall asleep during meditation, thats perfectly ok too. you will still gain the benefits of meditation.

  • how long it takes to reach at level where u cant feel arms and body...?

  • Comment removed

  • looooooooool

  • Even thought I hate mediation, I love this video. It explains what mediating is very well, so much that I'm willing to give it another try.

  • northwind 1223 when ur in deep meditation there will be no northwind or southwind in u. next time when u meditate ask ur lover to be next to u to check the wind. experience than talk southwind sorry northwind

  • I've been meditating for almost 5 years and you would'nt believe some of the things I've seen im 19 now and can only say if you want to see things in a spiritual sense and come to understand God and his purpose, meditate. You may just stumble across beings that want to do the same.

  • im curious wat have u seen? did u feel like ur in another universe or something ive heard that from others that got into deep meditation. how long did it take to get u into that state..and last question...when u meditate...what are u supose to do like think about? i just sit ther and waste hours and get nothing at the end

  • ok i'll answer your first question, things i've seen. It's usually radiating lights I know one time a friend of mines told me to smoke weed before and that made it intense. I know on occasions my body feels as if its in water or sometimes upside down. ok when you meditate i always have thoughts but you have to stir your mind on a single point as if you were looking at star in front of you. I know my dad said that when he meditates that he looks up as if there were a point on...

  • on his head. But you have to really focus and somewhat be in the mood and not chase the feeling it'll come naturally. So A.Concentrate on Breathing(actually see your breathing come in and out) B. When thoughts arise just look past them and concentrate on that point.

  • ic thx. ive been rely scrambling around asking those kinda question like wat do u have to do to sucessfuly mediate and the comon word is the breathing. so im guessing when i meditate i shud just think and count my breath and keep focused on that and the good effects and expiriences and all that u gain from meditating will in time eventually come naturaly. is that right?

  • Yes I see it as like riding a skateboard you're not going to land a trick unless you practice and invest time in it..But just clear your thoughts and see your breathing and you should be straight..

  • got it thx

  • ill keep on it did it work that way for you

  • lol

  • Cosmic Energy = DMT

    /watch?v=GhEj314cmLw

DMT is a drug that we produce while we sleep and the experience from smoking DMT is very similar to the experience they are talking about in this series of videos.

  • yes and no.

Dimethyltryptamine is the name that was given to this natural drug. And in a since the same energy that the universe is producing. Now I know I can't prove this and you might think i'm a nut, but i know form my reason and research it's something scientist are really skeptical.

  • It was just a thought i got after watching these 2 movies, and it seems like it makes sense

  • I can't enter this Nirmal Sthithi that's talked about in the video.

I try to meditate, observe breathe, but I can't make my breathe get thinner and then settle in between my eye brows.

If I could I'd meditate everyday for more cosmic energy to open my third eye and astral travel. I'd do that for fun, but seeing as I can't achieve that I am discouraged from meditation. I am beginning to think that this video might be a lie. I can't enter this Nirmal Sthithi. If anyone able to enter it please help

  • Meditaion takes practice, it doesnt just happen the first few times, it is all about TRAINING your mind to "shut down", so dont get discouraged.

  • dear keep7up

when you tried to meditate lets the energy flow naturally.. don't try to make your breathe thinner.. let it flow.. just breathe and relax.then you'll find your meditate

    the second thing

when you meditate.. don't think about anything.. just relax. and relax,1st time you will find that't it's really hard to erase your thought . but don't worry.. just think about the breathe . but remember don't try to get it thinner.. let it flow ..

practise is the key... patient is the way to find

  • i dont understand why you have to stop thinking???

    i think therefore i am...

  • i can not remain in the nirmal sthiti for longer time. can any one tell tow to remain for longer time.
