@kecapasinlombok Mkay, so the triangle is pretty much the most used move in BJJ, and that's simply because it has a lot of crushing force. What it does is cut off the blood flow to the head by squeezing one of the shoulders to pinch a vein and the other leg crushes the neck. I assumed the guy survived the triangle because his gi was all bunched up around his neck so he still had some breathing room. But there was no way outta that triangle. XD

Pride will get you nowhere in BJJ. I've had this happen to me by a big white belt. I didn't kick him or anything, just told him it was illegal and he should watch it, especially with upper belts who can really make his life miserable. I guess he didn't listen, because next thing I heard was that a friend of mine (blue belt) suffered the same mistreatment, swept him and then went knee on belly on him for the rest of the round. Lesson is; don't fucking do it.
