  • 2012... still here with your voice thru the headphones....

  • brilliant song!

  • the king of rock n roll he are the best

  • Song about me..))) Тащюсь от пестни энтой, давненько уже.

А главное всё про жизнь нашу..

    Подозрения... Женьщина.. Отношения..Подозрения.....))))

    И так по кругу...=)

  • Just like my Parents I've now inherit there love for this Amazing Performer!! Long Live the King!!

  • only elvis, I also listened to terry was great than I went back to Elvis hes the best.his voice so beautiful love elvis

  • The reason Elvis had everything a successful artist needs, is because he was obviously meant to impact lives the way he did.

  • Doc Pomus and Elvis, a wonderful combination !

  • In my view, much more romantic verses than the Stafford version, but Elvis ruins the mood with his staccato "Suspicion" at the beggining of each chorus. It's generally a subtle performance, and I understand why the powers that be did not release it as a single. If they had, it would have charted, but if Elvis was an unknown, it would have gone direclty to the bin. Glad that Stafford heard something more in the tune and gave us a great performance.

  • @alphakid42 I've always loved Elvis, but I agree with you. I always wished to hear Elvis sing this song exactly the way Stafford did, just to compare the two. I'd also love to hear Elvis do Conway Twitty's "Lonely Blueboy" and "It's Only Make Believe".

  • Elvis really pisses me off,the man had everything, charisma, voice of a god,...and look's f...k me he was a handsome kid...guess some people are just born special,Elvis certainly was.....LONG LIVE THE KING.

  • Be honest , nomatter who sang this song first , Elvis Presley sings this song the best. Even the music sounds better than Terry's version. Terry's version sounds like the demo compared to Elvis Presley's cut.

  • <3

  • Elvis Is Simply The Best

  • Terry Stafford was a second rate hack who stole the King's song, then tried to trick and con everybody into buying his record thinking it was The King. Listening to the real version recorded by The Man, hinself, Elvis, its like comparing Apples & Oranges. No contest. Elvis is The Undisputed King of Rock.

  • @helo86 Ah, but, elvis re recorded this FROM terry straford. I like both versions.

  • WOW!!!!....There is nothing at all in this world that will match the smoothness the fantastic Elvis magic. ....smiles....What a fantastic superb King!.....simply a voice from heaven...perfection. There is a Lana Del Rey waiting in the Isles to challenge for that mantle of greatness. Her voice is very unusual indeed a voice that has something very special indeed very addictive. But listening to you again its going to take something phenomenal to have a chance. But we cant rule here out though.

  • ELVIS IS THE KING

  • The Jordanaires add their usual brilliance to this great Elvis performance. Very cool.

  • Terry Strafford version sounds good till you hear The King's ...sorry Terry no contest......nobody can compete with Elvis many have tried and all failed

  • This is like the younger version of Suspicious Minds!:D

  • I wanna have my first dance to this song.

  • Elvis´s great hit " Suspicion from LP.Pot Luck.Hi was only one.

Somebody like he ,will never on future yet

  • damn, he was so mesmerizing handsome and that high voice is incomparable. and something about that song that's just so memorable and eternal.

  • LAS DROGAS LO DERRUMBARON AL REY DEL ROCK ELVIS AARON PRESLEY

MALDITA DROGA MATA Y MATA A REYES Y PAJES

  • SIMPLEMENTE EL REY¡¡¡

  • GREAT song sang by a GREAT ARTIST !

  • Guess thats why Terry's version sold more that Elvis's did. Terry only sang one song that was any good. Elvis is very very hard to beat, whether it be country, rock or gospel The big E has it all covered.

  • @surrynet No, you moron. Elvis recorded originally this song but it wasn't released as a single until 1964, while Terry's cover was released in 1962. In those times people only bought singles. Learn a little more history you ignorant

  • @qqsomething Just where the fuck did I say that Terry recorded the damn song first?. NOWHERE. Did you read the post CLEARLY before you made an ass out of yourself?. I just said (and it can be proved) that Terry's version sold more than Elvis's did. Comprehend a post before you post. I was listening to old Rock-n-Roll before your mama squirted your ass out.

  • @surrynet calm yourself down man, I misunderstood your comment because of that "covered" in the end of your statement....you see, english is not my first language, apologizes for the insults I made to you.....ok bro?

  • @qqsomething Sorry also, I guess I just got to upset. Sorry again. In my post I said that the big E meaning Elvis has all the music covered, in other words he is really the best at what he did.

  • omg! I was mesmerized by the pictures alone! What a gorgeous human being!

  • im not a great elvis fan but i think this song a cracker as we say in ireland and great production

  • how dreamy he sings this song !!

  • never heard the KINGS version before but I'm luving it !!!

  • still getting tears in my eyes when i hear the KING!!!!

  • @highlander9457 so do i

  • The greatest voice the world has ever heard....

  • He is better than boyfiend :-)

  • T H E K I N G .

  • beautiful song...!!

  • im 21 years old and have been listening to elvis and all the other oldies and i love them but im a MASSIVE elvis fan !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! his songs are amazing and so are his films

  • immenso elvis

  • Excelent!! Two versions..are very very good!!

  • beautiful song i love it elvis lives on forever xxx

  • love this song after all these years

  • Geez this man had it all, never seen anybody so handsome, sexy and moreish, and there will never be anybody like him ever again xxx

  • long live the kings memory!

  • FYI...Elvis recorded this song two years BEFORE Terry Stafford.

Thanks for the memories and the post.

  • @johnmorris008 Is that right? Stafford's big hit was the only one I ever heard on the radio, and he sounded just like E.

  • @dunskie Read the intro at the top of this page, see what year Elvis recorded this song. If you think

Stafford sounded just like Elvis, listen to both of them on this page. Terry did a credible job, but he

    was no threat to Elvis.

  • @johnmorris008 I realize that Elvis did it 2 years earlier. Nor do I think anyone was a threat to E.

  • Amazing ELVIS! <33333

  • Quem foi jovem na época de Elvis Presley, vai lembrar dessa musica.

Lembram das festinhas , "meninas levam canapés e meninos coca-cola"??

    Época boa né?

  • By miles the greatest......no one comes close!

  • ps

sorry for my english but i hope you understand..

  • I could hardly believe that person, that song, that soul etc are from our crazy planet of 2011

  • Way I heard it told was Elvis wasn't too enthralled with this number...until Terry Stafford's version charted. FWIW.

  • The King

  • I'm not an Elvis fan. But at least when he was drafted he went and served.

  • @StanBennet Hell yeah man and another cool fact is when he went in he told them he wanted to be treated as any other soldier would be not any different just because he was so famous...

  • @1DarkPunk My dad met Elvis' former commanding officer, when he was stationed in Germany in the 70's, and he said that Elvis was the best soldier that America ever had, he would do his duties without complaining, no matter what he was ordered to do. So there you go America, another reason to love this man.

  • They don't call him the "King" for nothing. A great performance by Elvis !

  • ELVIS the one and only

  • Carl Ingreo loves this song.

  • elvis for ever golden voice

  • Great song, Cool Pic`s, enjoyed this video very much Thankyou.

    *All Thumbs Up*

  • Awesome

  • For some reason this presentation stands out from your other ones. Fantastic.

  • there is no other voice that can beat elvis

  • @christina3041 ye u rite he a 1 and only even live his voice was 20 times better thn any 1 even now no 1 cums close

  • @christina3041 FUCK YOU NOOB

  • @christina3041 I CAN SING LIKE ELVIS PRESLEY CHECK ME OUT PEACE

  • @LimerickElvis even Justin Bieber sings better

  • @Gadgetnieuwscom watever you think thats just you you are sad man repent to jesus for your sins

  • @christina3041 The voice ok but the music from stafford is nicer.i mean this song from terry!

  • @christina3041 i can't imagine anyone trying

  • love it

  • it sounds like "stand by me" is bout to begin at 0:01 to 0:05

  • @MYheroMJrip oh my god it does haha

  • @CeasarDracul actually the whole song does. i think they used the same beat.

  • @MYheroMJrip alittle bit, but there is a section that ends the pattern

  • Sono molto legato alla versione di Stafford, ma Elvis è, come sempre, grandioso ::))

  • Forgotten how great this song is.

  • Nice shot of Elvis when he was a Spec 5, a rank that no longer exists.

  • QUE BONITA CANCION VIVA EL REY

  • @robinhoodtn1 We'll have to agree to disagree lol.

  • None better than "The King" himself singing this classic!

  • elvis just has so much class in his vocal, he doesnt take second place to anyone!

  • Both Terry and Elvis sing this song with great feeling. Like 'em both.

    and ....SUSPICIOUS? why torture me?

  • I'm more familar with Terry Stafford's version of this song but Elvis' version is pretty good as well.

  • I'm flabbergasted that anyone could dislike this song!!!! It's pure genius!!!!

  • This song was done by Elvis, but he had so many hits in the same time zone that it was not as popular. Then Terry Stafford came with his version, the disc jocks played the crap out of it.Anyway both are great. God bless Elvis and Terry Stafford .

  • Elvis was hot. Cool singer too lol ;-) Great music, Thanks Elvis!

  • brings a teer to my eye. such a song. elvis is still the king.

  • THANK YOU JACKIE61TOO FOR THIS VIDEO I GREW UP WITH ELVIS SAW HIM IN CONCERT JUNE 10TH 1972 A DAY I WILL NEVER FORGET

  • THANK YOU JACKIE61TOO I GREW UP WITH ELVIS SEE HIM IN CONCERT JUNE 10TH 1972 AT THE GARDEN A DAY I WILL NEVER FORGET

  • Damn this song is fantastic ..If Elvis was around today he would certainly wipe the floor with todays singers ..Elvis could sing anything ..Miss you Elvis BIG TIME

  • @paulietrev1 I heard a story that Elvis saw Rod Stewart on tv and fell out of bed laughing at him. and that was in the seventies so yeah, the talent pool is even more shallow today. More of a talent thimble.

  • @DasGoldenBoy Elvis beats them all..They will still be talking about Elvis 1000 years from now..The greatest Iconic star ever to come from the history of the Human Race.

  • @DasGoldenBoy I've always hated Rod Stewart. Sounds like Donald Duck, for God's sake...

  • @49kasey I think Rod has done a few good songs but the stuff that he is doing now is a JOKE! Lounge Lizard doing standards that sound terrible. I would rather hear Donald Duck doing the songs Roderick is recording. I can't believe people are paying to listen to that crap.

  • @DasGoldenBoy That's the state were in when the best male singer of standards today is Harry Connick, Jr.

Pretty damn lame. Must be the junk food or something in the water.

  • Elvis gave this song to Stafford b4 He(Elvis) recorded it as a friendly gesture.

  • Elvis gave this song to Stafford b4 he recorced it

  • Elvis the guvnor. Destroyed by parasites and liars.

  • Everyone knows ELVIS was , is , and will always be the greatest R-n-R, ballad, CnW, rock-a-billy n watever else there is, singer of all time, n thats a fact, n if thats a fact, am I lying ?

  • only elvis presley sings suspicion. terry s version only the backgroundsingers singing suspicion. go and listen the terry stafford version there you can hear it.

  • 100% better than terry stafford.elvis presley the best voice from the world.greetings from rudy.(maastricht holland)

  • ELVIS is the King

  • His best song? I think so...

  • I love you songs Jackie

  • Comment removed

  • Terry Stafford's version is not even comparable to Elvis. His vocals are not in the same league!!

  • @newman0709 Stafford is out of tune. But the horn arrangement is interesting.

  • @newman0709 One of my favorite Elvis songs ! ... What a voice ! ...

  • what a voice

  • elvis kicks ass!

  • @jp0000000

    ...and moves it too :)

  • <---- click here for a awesome channel

  • Ei brothers and sisters

    look and listen

    Oghi "Dance Balance"

    brazilian musician !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • definitley superior-but terrys is good 2

  • There will never be a better singer then Elvis Presley as far as I'm concerned, his voice is phenomenal.

  • Elvis has no comparison! The end!!

    Romania loves you Elvis!

  • Most great songs happened in the early sixties and this is one of them. I must admit that the original singer and composer is Terry Stafford but the melody and the beat of this song undeniably suit the king better.

  • Hey Mate ...I was 12yrs.old. and when I heard this incredible rythmmmmm. My body "forced me" to dance if it can be called a dance to-day ..aha.

Yeppp ... infront the mirrow ... haha ... didn't we all had our own ways :-)

    Regards from Budapest

  • this is my favourate elvis song

  • ELVIS SIMPLY THE GREATEST!

  • il avait tout pour lui tres beau tres belle voix un chanteur exptionnel

  • Elvis is simply the best singer ever!

  • This version seems softer to me. I like Terry Staffords arrangement better but that doesn't mean one is better than the other. Elvis' voice was incomparable. They're both a masterpiece of music. Don't judge, just listen and enjoy.

  • @blkshepherd .. oh, okay. I tried saying the word differently to him and it somehow comes out the same way every time! Personally I think this is 5stars material. To each his own as they say.

  • OO! Elvis!

  • Yes, I bought the Terry Stafford version. I liked it very much ... but ... all these years later ... this is the version that I really treasure. The bloke was very good! Elvis, that is ... well done Jackie. Greetings to you from Jarrahnut in wonderful Western Australia.

  • @Jarrahnut you are so right!!

  • QUE COISA LINDA!

  • I did heard it for the first time not so long ago, man, it is just a masterpeace!!!!! Thank...thanks...thanks...

  • This one is a good song that I also enjoy, hehe... well almost every song of Elvis Presley I enjoy so yeah...

  • The bass singing is a nice touch.

  • great photos for a beatiful song <3

  • A classic. Great man, great voice. One in a lifetime artist. Still missed. My first love is reggae, but I know real class when I hear it. Music is universal

  • Wow he impresses me every time. The Man could sing!

  • I think this is one of the best Elvis has done. Thanks...thanks...thanks...

  • love this song i remember it from 1976

  • The Kings version of Suspicion puts Terry Staffords in the penny club ...nobody can

compete with Elvis many have tried and all failed...........lovely video to match

  • kiss me someone best song

  • LONG LIVE THE KING!

  • While Terry Stafford's version became the bigger hit, there's no denying that Elvis' is still nice & soothing to listen to just as much.

  • I prefer Elvis's voice on his recording to Terry Stafford's,. I also like the "lean" arrangement. However, I like the back-up vocals (on Stafford's) much more...The female voices add a lot, IMO

  • uno de los temas estrella de ELVIS, de 1962. tema 10 estrellas. ELVIS FOREVER.

  • king.....lion king!

  • theres a lot of that around ♥ I truly love you baby ♥

  • great song

  • johnmorris008. I love this song and how Elvis delivers it. Lean lyric and great

music. Doc Pomus and Mort Shuman knew that anything that does not add

to a song will subtract from it.

  • @johnmorris008 well said !! and did you know that they are on record saying that Elvis was the only artist to find something in one of their songs THEY didn't even know was there !! what a compliment to Elvis !!!!

  • @cameltrail. No I did not know that Pomus and Shuman, the writers, said that

about Elvis. But, I'm not suprised. johnmorris008

  • Maybe Im suspicious cause true love is so hard to find.

  • Fantabulous! I also enjoyed Terry Stafford's rendition (and bought it!)... but this ... oh ... it's just superb!

  • this should be the bachelor/bachelorette theme song

  • GREAT SONG FROM THE KING

  • five stars :)

  • My one my favourite elvis songs of all time

  • One of his most amazing songs

  • Elvis est la plus belle chose que cette terre aye portè le seul artice complet je l ' aime a l ' infini

  • Very beautiful.... great lyrics...:o)

  • hi jackie, thank you from switzerland for uploading this great song, wow what a voice, great entertainer, still miss him

  • Even though Terry Staffords version was the hit..you can't beat Elvis' version..everything he did was great!!!

  • Very great song by thegreatest singer ever...

  • ELVIS I LOVE YOU! <3 and im CRAZY for this song! :))

  • I do have this on a 45. The A side was "Kiss Me Quick"; this was the B side. I got it from our friends in the UK in 1968 when I was three!

  • What a nice tribute to ELVIS you posted JACKIE

great song from the one and only
